See before and after pictures of this recent restoration project. The table was custom built from the wood of the client’s house that was torn down and then rebuilt. The table is a 60″ round, using a combination of white and red oak reclaimed wood. One of the hurdles to using reclaimed wood is salvaging the pieces and removing the existing nails. The base was made from barn trusses that are also used in the home as joists. The custom metal work on the side is simply decorative to mimic the desired look and feel of the home.
